Filip Cederholm, born 1978, is a former commercial photographer, working with campaigns for companies such as TV4, Red Bull, Ernst & Young and celebrities like Börje Salming, Robert F Kennedy Jr, September and Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
– One day when I was retouching a pretty face, trying to make her even prettier, I thought to myself, can I use my creativity to make a difference in the world. I went from running the production company YAYA Creative with my brother and five employees, to living out of a 30kg backpack traveling, creating art for charity around the World.
After five years, living with monks in India, sailing south and north Atlantic and spending more than a year sleeping under the bare sky. Filip Cederholm will talk about the series of photography, made from his own ripped commercial photographs and documentary . And his statement for his world of art for charity projects, like philantrophy and founder of the children empowerment organisation, ABC Charity – together with Ashley Cooper, empowerment coach. Encouraging businesses, creators, artists and performers all over the world to take responsibility for the way they communicate and the effect it has on children and young people’s values. Published in over 100 newspapers around the world and also received the support of Nobel Peace Prize winner Desmond Tutu.
