Water is a recurring theme in Tina Eskilsson's art. Mostly in the form of installations. In her art, she uses light, sound, drawing, painting, performance, photography, film, and various graphic techniques to explore the possibilities and expressions of water.

Her art has been exhibited in solo exhibitions at galleries, art halls, and major art museums, including Jönköping County Museum, Visby Art Museum, and Dalarna Art Museum.

She has participated in several international art projects, most recently Drei Häuser Kustpfad 2023 in Germany.

She has exhibited in prominent galleries around the world, in countries such as Australia, Brazil, Cuba, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Poland, Turkey, Sweden, Qatar, the USA, and Latvia. Her art is represented in many municipalities, county councils, and museums.

She has also carried out several public commission projects in hospitals and schools etc.
